Strawflowers by the Pool

I almost forgot to share this little garden update!

More then a month ago, I decided to plant strawflowers next to our pool. I had no other pace. At the time, I wasn’t completely sure if it was the right spot, but now I’m convinced it was a great idea.

The plants have settled in beautifully and have grown so much already. They are now covered in buds, and it won’t be long before they burst into bloom. I can’t wait to see all those cheerful, papery flowers adding bright splashes of colour beside the water.

It’s funny how some of the simplest gardening decisions end up being the most rewarding.

Life has been busy lately with work and all the usual everyday things, so a few little moments from the garden have stayed tucked away on my phone instead of making it onto the blog. Hopefully, I’ll catch up over the next few days because there are still plenty of little summer updates I’d love to share.

    1. I hope they do!!!! It seems to me, they are enjoying the spot – a lot of leaves! I hope it won’t end “all into leaves” 🙂

    1. I walked past them and noticed they had tiny little blooms. They don’t look very impressive, though… I wait few days and then will post about it 🙂

Thank you for reminding me to post the progress 🙂
