Last night, I couldn’t sleep at 1 a.m., my mind buzzing after binge-watching a series. Jānis noticed and calmly suggested, “Let’s go for a 20-minute walk.” At first, it seemed absurd, but I agreed.
Stepping outside, I was met with a magical winter wonderland. The world was silent, so peaceful and white. And the crisp air was refreshing. We walked quietly, each step grounding me and calming the noise in my head.

When we returned, I felt peaceful, and sleep came easily. Sometimes, the simplest moments—a snowy walk—can bring the greatest calm. If you’re ever overwhelmed, try stepping outside. Nature’s magic might surprise you.
