We celebrated at my place this time, and it was actually my suggestion. Everyone travelled 200 km one way to be here, which makes the day feel even more special. It’s not every day that you get the whole family together like this!
I wanted to surprise Mom with something a little different, so I arranged a guided tour of Cesvaine Palace. Mom is really into history, so I thought it would be something she would enjoy. And I had one more surprise up my sleeve โ her friend came to celebrate with us, too! She certainly wasn’t expecting that. ๐
It was such a lovely day, with family, surprises, and a little bit of history thrown in.

P.S. Mom isn’t really a fan of being photographed, so getting pictures of her is a bit of a challenge. Luckily, she was OK with a group photo! โค๏ธ
