Sink and dishwasher section. What can I say…. It’s something that still isn’t finished and won’t be until I didn’t make next section and decide where I’ll store pots and pans and strainers. Where I’ll put dishes and how to hide gas cylinder for the cooktop. That’s ok. Baby steps!

The mornings are so cold here in Latvia and I’m too busy to look for my hat, so I wear what’s at my finger tips. This time it’s pink Linna’s Minnie hat :). Doesn’t matter cause I woke up at 6 am with inspiration and had to run out to the porch where all my boards and saws are to continue with my project.I made all the legs for the kitchen unit and measure the sink, that finally has the hole in it, to make the cut-out in a kitchen worktop to accommodate the sink.

I made all the legs for the kitchen unit and measure the sink, that finally has the hole in it, to make the cut-out in a kitchen worktop to accommodate the sink. And by that time Janis and girls were up and he helped me with the jigsaw.

And at the end, I had something that looks like the kitchen unit and finally, the sink is connected and so does the dishwasher. I still need to make shelves!

I love that kitchen sink and the tap! Perfect! Adorable! Practical!

Love the wood, are you going to stain it or paint it of sorts? 🙂
I’m using furniture oil and already oiled it. 🙂 All natural.
That is awesome, you have to share some updates!
I’m already sharing 🙂 Please check my blog for whole DIY Kitchen story!
Will follow to keep up with the updates!
I’m almost speechless; you really are amazing. I love that kitchen sink and tap too!
I don’t know why we change the old one :D. It was like – building new temporary kitchen and buying new sink and tap…. but THIS ONE is so handy! And big sink – useful for our family!
And thank you for complements they are inspiring. Thank you! Tomorrow will be big day, I need to make the list of things I have to do to call this finished. That will include sanding! Who likes sanding!? 😀
It’s all coming together beautifully! Well done! You should be so proud.
Thank you! I still need to make shelves in it… but I’m proud with the result. I hope to finish this section soon!
