While all my mind is on the renovation and painting simple recipes is all I’m making for my family. Pasta is most wanted food but beans with minced pork is another good option that everyone loves. We eat it with sour cream. Recipe below.
White Beans with Minced Pork
One Pot Wonder
- 4 cups boiled white beans
- 400 grams minced pork
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp tomato sauce
- salt & pepper to taste
- Chop the onion and fry in large skillet until golden brown.
- Add minced pork and keep frying until cooked.
- Add rinsed and cooked beans, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and water. Cover with lid and simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy.
