I love smoothies and this one is in season right now :). I would love to say “local” but I love to add a banana for creaminess, so it’s automatically not local anymore.
Wide Blueberry & Spinach Smoothie
- 2 cups spinach (65 grams)
- 3 bananas
- 1 cup wild blueberries
- 1 cup water (or more if desired)
- Blend all of the ingredients together at once until smooth. Add more water if desired.
