
In my dream week, I’d start each day at 6:45 with a peaceful walk, followed by a refreshing shower and a healthy breakfast to kick things off right. Work would be productive, and at lunch, I’d take a long walk—around an hour—to break up the day. Dinner with family at the table would be a must, where we could reconnect and unwind.
Ideally, I’d hit 15,000 steps daily, stay hydrated with 2 liters of water, and have the energy to work out. Sleep would be restful and leave me feeling recharged.
Weekends would be all about family and friends—visiting loved ones or hosting gatherings, with no need to worry about cleaning or chores unless inspiration strikes. Here’s hoping for balance, movement, and time with the people I care about!

I’m making steady progress toward creating my ‘ideal life.’ There’s a lot happening right now, so I’m taking things step by step, knowing that everything will fall into place with time. I’m not settling for less, but I also don’t feel the need to force anything. Instead, I’m choosing to go with the flow and trust the process.
