Remember my last tomato harvest? It was such a delightful surprise, thanks to the warm autumn weather! If you missed it, you can check out the details here. Well, guess what? Just three weeks later, I was in for yet another surprise harvest!
I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw how many more tomatoes had ripened on the vine. It’s amazing how the warm weather has extended the growing season this year. I’m excited to see what delicious dishes I can create with this new batch.

Yum!!! Half of those little ones wouldn’t even make to the house if it were me. I’d have them gobbled up in no time! I love tomatoes.

That’s exactly why Helmi doesn’t go to the greenhouse to get the tomatoes—because, in the end, none of them make it home! 😄

Exactly! We end up eating them faster than we can think of any recipe. 😄 The girls absolutely love tomatoes! They’re so sweet, fresh, and just too good to wait for anything else!
