Finally, a bit better lettuce has arrived in our local store. Veggie – lettuce tortilla wraps for dinner!
I like to make a veggie – lettuce mix in one bowl and dressing in another. So, when assembling tortillas, first spread the dressing and then add the veggie – lettuce mix. A friend of mine can’t eat something like that. She likes when the dressing is on the top of the salad before rolling wraps, no under :).
Dressing: sour cream, pepper, salt, dill, avocado, garlic.
Veggie – lettuce mix: iceberg lettuce, cucumber, avocado, bell pepper, salad cheese – like feta or greek cheese, salt.
Grill before serve 🙂

P.S. This time Janis forgot about me rolling like crazy to make homemade fresh tortillas and grabbed a package in the store. More free time for me…. I guess 🙂

Looks delicious. I particularly like the sour cream dressing. I thing I’ll make this for iur next ‘veggie day’ – Wednesday. I’ll use commercially available wraps as those here are as good as I can make.
PS. Putting the dressing on the wrap makes more sense to me!

That looks so yummy, I love a veggie night, but Victor likes meat or fish every night🙄 When he’s not home for dinner, I’ll do this veggie wrap or maybe for lunch at school!!! We have something hear called pita pockets, round flat bread, when you cut it in half it forms an envelope and you can put veggies and dressing in it, bread is very similar to tortilla wraps. Maybe someday I’lll do a post on it🤗
I think I know what you mean. But did you know, that this veggie wrap goes together with canned tuna!? So, you can add tuna for Victor – with less veggies and for yourself only veggies! Add boiled egg & tomato in Victors too 🙂
