Spinach and Pineapple Green Smoothie

A simple combination of fresh leafy greens, flavorful fruit, and a liquid base is all it takes to create a green smoothie. I call them healthy fast food! Smoothie is a natural energy booster, the phytonutrients in leafy greens boost your body’s immune system and keep it functioning properly.

Spinach and pineapple green smoothie

Green Smoothie

Servings 2

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 of pineapple
  • 1 cup water or more if desired
  • 1 tbsp sea buckthorn or lemon/lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all of the ingredients (except sea buckthorn) together at once until smooth.
