Spinach and Pineapple Green Smoothie

A simple combination of fresh leafy greens, flavorful fruit, and a liquid base is all it takes to create a green smoothie. I call them healthy fast food! Smoothie is a natural energy booster, the phytonutrients in leafy greens boost your body’s immune system and keep it functioning properly.

Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 of pineapple
  • 1 cup water (or more if desired)
  • 1 tbsp sea buckthorn (or lemon/lime juice)

Directions


Blend all of the ingredients (except sea buckthorn) together at once until smooth.

    1. The picture isn’t the nicest one but the amount of greens you can eat by making smoothies is incredible 🙂

    1. When I started with smoothies I made them out of fruits….only! And I was surprised when someone told me that “better” smoothie would be the smoothie with greens in it. Since them I’m big fan of green smoothies 🙂
