Tortilla night! I love it! And the reason for that is – it’s simple, tasty, healthiest “fast food” recipe I know and all my family members greet this dinner with happy faces and sparkle in the eye.

Tortilla Tuna wraps
- 1 avocado – 2 eggs
- 1 tomato
- 1 can tuna (~120 grams)
- leak to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 of Nappa cabbage chopped
- 6 tortillas
- Boil eggs and cool down.
- In a bowl, mash avocado and eggs. Add chopped tomato, leek, and drained tuna. Mix all until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat tortilla and add 1/6 of tuna salad, sprinkle with Nappa and fold. Repeat with all tortillas.
- Heat a griddle pan or frying pan. Place the tortilla wrap in the pan, press down gently and cook for a minute each side. Ready.
