Waking up on the last day of September to a brisk, chilly morning was quite the experience! The sun was shining brightly, and at first, I didn’t even notice the frost, as the sun had melted most of it away. The steam rising from the ponds created a magical, ethereal atmosphere that took my breath away.

Curious to explore, I ventured out for a walk and was delighted to discover the remnants of frost glistening on the grass and leaves. This beautiful contrast against the clear blue sky made for a stunning morning stroll.
Yet, the biting cold served as a sharp reminder that autumn has truly arrived, leaving me to wonder where I’d stashed my autumn clothes! It was a lovely walk, but I definitely need to dig out those cozy sweaters and warm layers to prepare for the cooler days ahead.
Here’s to embracing the beauty of this season and all the changes it brings!️

Thank you! I was definitely freezing out there… I ended up using my phone for the photos because I’m not even sure where I put my camera! 😊 What’s the weather in UK?

Layer up, girl! I grew up riding snowmobiles where layers are absolutely needed. The idea is to trap as much of that thin layer of body heat against your body, it makes a huge difference. Especially at 70MPH!
