Autumn Walks: A Fox’s Nap

As autumn arrives, the cool air and muted colors invite us to enjoy nature, even when it feels a bit gray. One day, while walking through a foggy field, I saw a fox sleeping on a hay roll, its reddish fur blending into the dull backdrop. Of course, I scared the fox away and ended up with no picture!

This moment reminded me to appreciate the simple joys of the season, even in fog. So, as the days get shorter, I encourage you to take a walk, breathe in the fresh air, and look for resting foxes.

Nelle said I have to add this picture: that turtle looking spot is fox – just before jumping down the hay roll.

Let’s enjoy the magic of autumn together! Even when it’s foggy and rainy 🍂🦊

  1. I love your outlook and your pictures are so lovely. I confess I don’t know much about Latvia (I had to google to see where it is, lol) but your fields and farmlands look a lot like our Ohio countryside! Happy November to you!

    1. Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m glad you enjoyed the pictures. Latvia may be small, but it has its own unique charm and beautiful landscapes, much like Ohio. It’s nice to hear that they remind you of your countryside! Wishing you a wonderful November as well!
