I was lucky enough to see the aurora — the Northern Lights — for the third time this year:

This time, Aurora was pretty pink 🙂
I think I’m living in the most beautiful and peaceful place.
Right after saying that, I remembered our aggressor neighbour is only 90 km away…
But still — I love this place 🤍
And the one from my bathroom window:
It’s so cold outside that even the triple-glazed window has frost on it — around −19 °C.

Third time really is the charm 😍 Pink aurora sounds magical! Even with the cold and the not-so-great neighbor nearby, it honestly looks like such a peaceful, beautiful place. That bathroom window view is unreal 🤍

Ilze – how absolutely beautiful ad your lovely photo collection is surely doing it justice! I remember Daddy getting me warmly dressed and taking some cushions with us and going to a quiet waterside a wee bit out of town and just sitting very quietly on the beach looking towards Helsinki, not even talking and letting the magic overcome us. I was actually a little scared as sometimes the lights would change and flash so suddenly . . . the power impressed but was beautiful. You did get some absolutely beautiful shades . . . hope that made you ‘forget’ the aches and pains awhile . . . let’s try and forget the aggressor when such beauty appears. . . perhaps the Greater Powers of nature have some terrible plans for him . . .
