Going Back to My Roots

Third week on sick leave. Of course, this is not exactly ideal… but I’ll survive. I hope.

For now, I’m spending time relaxing and loving. And doing things I would normally never do — like making colour swatches for all my coloured pencils.

Or… sorting seed packets. 🌱

Anyway, I hope you’re all having a lovely time. I’ll probably be sharing less, not more. I think I need to go back to my roots for a while.

How far away are they? I honestly don’t know yet.

    1. Yes, I think I’m finally learning that “doing nothing” doesn’t actually mean doing nothing. 😂 Sorting seeds and making pencil swatches somehow feels very productive!

    1. Thank you, Eha. ❤️ That is such a lovely thing to wish for — I’m trying to listen a little more closely to those quiet wishes myself.

    1. Thank you, Maria! ❤️ I haven’t really talked much about it, but yes, I’ve been on sick leave for a few weeks now. For me, it’s something “new” to be on sick leave with visible symptoms — usually I’m the kind of person who just keeps going, even when I don’t feel well.
