It’s My Birthday Today! 🎉

oday is my birthday! Another year older, another year wiser—at least, that’s what I tell myself. Birthdays are always a mix of emotions for me. On one hand, I don’t like too much attention, but on the other hand, it’s a good moment to reflect on how far I’ve come.

Being a Pisces, I naturally have a deep, intuitive side. I feel things deeply, even if I don’t always express them openly. I’m drawn to creativity, emotions, and the unseen connections that shape our lives. I often find myself lost in thought, dreaming up ideas, or trying to make sense of things in my own way. Pisces are known for their sensitivity and adaptability, and I see that in myself—whether it’s navigating life’s changes, problem-solving at work, or finding beauty in the small, everyday moments.

This year, I want to focus on balance—something I know I struggle with. I tend to pour so much of myself into work, family, and responsibilities that I often end up last on my own list. But today, I want to pause. To savor a slow morning, a warm cup of tea, and maybe even a little cake.

Of course, reality has other plans—it’s already 10:15 AM, and I haven’t even had breakfast yet. There’s an incident at work, and since it’s my shift this week, I have to handle it. So much for a quiet birthday morning! But maybe balance isn’t about perfect moments—it’s about finding small ways to care for myself, even in the middle of chaos.

So, happy birthday to me! 🎂 Here’s to another year of learning, growing, and embracing life’s magic.

    1. Thank you. I wasn’t sure I wanted to celebrate. This year is the first year I choose what’s best for me – not cutting salad and cooking dinner for a ton of people. We went out – just 5 of us!
