On my birthday this year, on the 20th of February, I received a very thoughtful gift from Jānis – a Spider Farmer 6-Tier Plant Stand with Grow Lights. I meant to share this earlier, but somehow the days slipped away.

With the gardening season on the horizon, this present couldn’t have come at a better time. The stand comes with built-in grow lights and a small tent, making it perfect for starting seedlings indoors. I’ve been dreaming about growing more plants from seed this year, especially since we’re planning the greenhouse and expanding the garden.

The stand feels sturdy, and the grow lights are bright but not overwhelming. It’s such a practical addition to our home – fitting perfectly with the way we’re trying to live more in tune with nature and make the most of what we have.

It makes me smile to see the shelves slowly filling up with small green sprouts. There’s something magical about watching life emerge from the soil, especially when the days are still short and cold outside.
