Friday’s sunset caught my attention.
The sun looked unusually big and deep red. It felt like I was in another country – like from movies.
The color was so unusual — that heavy, dark red that you don’t see very often. The sky around it was much softer, almost pale, which made the sun stand out even more. And big!
For me, sunsets never felt like routine! This one felt extra special. It was all gone after 2 minutes! I took the camera and ran outside… half of the sun was already gone, but still, I made a few nice pictures!
On my way back home, I saw Marley was enjoying the sun too! I’m sharing that too!

I’m okay. Still recovering from foot surgery and have had three lots of houseguests since early February. More coming soon. Back-to-back visitors until the end of April.
