An Autumn Morning Walk

While I’m waiting for an important email, I went for a walk. Such a lovely morning walk today.

Everything was covered in a thin white mist. The trees, fields, bushes — the whole landscape looked a little dreamy, as if someone had put a soft veil over everything.

Autumn mornings really have something special about them. The crisp air, the quiet, the muted colours, and then those little glimpses of the landscape through the mist.

I loved it.

There wasn’t anything particularly special about the walk itself. Just me, the autumn morning and the countryside.

But sometimes that is more than enough.
