Spinach and pineapple green smoothie
Green Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 bananas
- 1/4 of pineapple
- 1 cup water (or more if desired)
- 1 tbsp sea buckthorn (or lemon/lime juice)
Directions
Blend all of the ingredients (except sea buckthorn) together at once until smooth.

When I started with smoothies I made them out of fruits….only! And I was surprised when someone told me that “better” smoothie would be the smoothie with greens in it. Since them I’m big fan of green smoothies 🙂
