HELP: What is the name of this dish?!
Yesterday I shared a post about barley, that is wonderful for your health and is locally grown and cheap.

I like this option when I’m feeling empty of ideas what to cook or too lazy to cook something that looks like in the restaurant! Barley is the option to avoid fast food! After the barley is soaked overnight and cooked first thing in the morning. It can be stored in the fridge for few days or frozen (never did that before!).

So her is the simple recipe that saved us from ordering pizza!

Were you asking for a suggestion to name your barley dish? How about Barley Ham Pilaf? Sounds delicious to me, particularly with the dill.

Pilaf! I can’t decide if it’s stew or pilaf or plov 😀 What’s the type!?

We have such “bakes”, “hash”, “pilaf” what ever in our kitchen. One is with rice and sausages and eggs, and another with buckwheat and mince and sour cream … etc. Simply precooked (or leftower rice, buckwheat etc) heated on the pan with other stuff…
