Breakfast Cottage Cheese my style!

This is my favorite winter breakfast recipe! I love how leek gives “spring taste” to the quark/cottage cheese. Simple & quick breakfast idea.

If you ask me I prefer savory breakfast and it’s hard to find inspiration online. It feels like everyone else love sweet breakfast.

  1. I completely forgot about cottage cheese for breakfast! Yes, we used to have it quite often when I was living in back in Poland; kind of an Eastern European thing, indeed. Normally, we would have it with spring onion but leak and dill sound more interesting. I aim to try it asap. Thanks!

            1. Yes, definitely! We went for gluten free vegan and sugar free few years ago, and it was crazy cooking for me, cause we were responsible for kids to have “everything they need” .. since that I’m doing simple cooking 🙂

    1. Green salt is basicly dried herbs with salt. Mine has green color and contains celery, parsley, leeks, onions, carrots, basil, sea salt.
