Tortilla Tuna wraps

Tortilla night! I love it! And the reason for that is  – it’s simple, tasty, healthiest “fast food” recipe I know and all my family members greet this dinner with happy faces and sparkle in the eye.

Tortilla Tuna wraps

  • Servings: 6 tortilla wraps
  • Difficulty: easy

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • – 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 can tuna (~120 grams)
  • leak to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/3 of Nappa cabbage chopped
  • 6 tortillas

Directions

  1. Boil eggs and cool down.
  2. In a bowl, mash avocado and eggs. Add chopped tomato, leek, and drained tuna. Mix all until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat tortilla and add 1/6 of tuna salad, sprinkle with Nappa and fold. Repeat with all tortillas.
  4. Heat a griddle pan or frying pan. Place the tortilla wrap in the pan, press down gently and cook for a minute each side. Ready.
