I had problems in summer solstice 2018 and decide I can’t live like this and I need to change something. I’m famous for changing eating habits every 3 months… but it’s not about that.
I have heard about KETO at the end of the year 2017, but then I was on my “sugar-free” journey and I liked it!

After having terrible diarrhea for 3 days and losing water like crazy and trying to find the way how to survive without going to the hospital I decided I need to change the way I eat and live.
I had eczema on my fingers and eyelid allergy, I was overweight that have an effect on my ankles and I was only 35!
I know that I need meat to be happy at the moment (I was pland based for almost a year and it didn’t work for me, eczema got worth, felt unhelathy), also everyone knows that you need to eat vegetables. So googled about these two aspects and remembered about KETO.
Janis decides that he want to try it and I agreed, it can’t get worth I felt like I’m hitting my lowest low (I hope I won’t be there again.. and that there is no lowest point than that!).
So we started our KETO journey on 26th of June and ended on 26th of November, to enjoy all the “goodies” and “traditions”.
What can I say, I don’t know how I will live without keto, cause all my digestive problems, eczemas and problems was solved being on keto and came back in the middle of December 2018 when I wasn’t on keto.
Now I’m trying to get back on keto. Still can’t get into ketosis but after the second day of being on KETO diet, all my skin problems and digestive problems are gone. I’m AMAZED!

P.S. Don’t worry my girls aren’t on any kind of diet… maybe a bit on artificial sugar-free 🙂

It is so important to take good care of yourself even when you feel rushed. Glad to hear your health issues are clearing up again with the KETO diet. The beginning of this year I went plant based to see if I could cleanse my system. No real problems just feeling my age a little more than I would like. Good luck with your KETO.

Good luck to you with a plant based diet! It seems that everyone is his special way to feel better but it takes time to find it! Not afraid to change at any time 🙂 (I was when I was plant based, what others think, I become cruel to animals?)

Keto is good for those issues. You will get there. Make sure you are staying under 50 carbs a day, I know you are trying to stay under 20. You can do it again, you’ve already proved it!

I don’t know too much about the Keto diet but it seems like it’s helping you, so that’s a good thing. I try not to eat gluten, and that works for me, but if I could not eat sweets, I’d be golden🤗

🙂 Dropping Sweets is hard, yes! Cause they are “sugar” and sugar is evel 🙂 If you get rid of sugar everything is simple. You can watch how others eat cake and don’t want to have it! I couldn’t but once I get rid of suger my body didn’t asked that. Also… you get back on suger pritty fast… 🙂

Isn’t it funny how that happens, it’s so hard to give it up, but so easy to get back on, just like losing weight, easy to gain, hard to lose…especially as we get older😟

I love Keto!! It is the only “diet ” that doesn’t feel overly restrictive and give great results! I’m down 13 pounds in a month and a half and haven’t felt like I’m dieting hardly at all. Thank you for the great info.

I was doing the Keto lifestyle for 7 months and felt so good. Like you said, skin cleared up on my hands and my doctor was so pleased with my numbers! I ran into a long 3 month plateau so I got off Keto for 9 days and felt terrible. Bloat, joint pain, etc. I am happy to say I went right back on Keto and livng well.
