Superb photos. This is one Latvian bird we have here, though not so close to the house.
My house is near woods and there are forests around. Very close to nature, so we have grumpy fieldfare too 🙂
I think it is a member of the ‘thrush’ family. We have ‘song thrush’ and ‘mistle thrush’ who come close to the house, the sing thrush even visits my feeders sometimes.
