The last day of vacation is here. Tomorrow is not only my first day back at work, but also the school year starts. We really need to get ready for it… and honestly, I haven’t done much preparation at all….
But the big news of today is the sofa – it’s finally ready! I absolutely love the colors and how it turned out. It feels so good to see the whole project finished after all those hours of work.
Now I’m wondering what’s next. After a whole month of posting every single day, I’m not sure what I will share, or how often… but I do hope to continue writing daily. It’s been such a good rhythm.

Sofa – silly question methinks Ilze! You had a vision, and you have achieved it! The now-colours give it a subtle nuancing which well matches the surrounds, curtains and wallpaper > kudos! Now take the ‘going back’ bit-by-bit and it will also workout ..hope the weather cooperates!

After if after is on the right. All those pillows make me want to sit back, get comfortable, and watch a movie.
I agree, I would do the same 🙂 I love Hallmark Romantic movies after a hard day… no need to think, just watch and relax 🙂
The sofa is so beautiful and the pillows add to the color, either way is beautiful, you could even go back and forth if you want a change up sometimes. Can’t lose either way :).
Thank you! Yes, I can do both… but I know myself.. the plain is just too plain and boring for me… I want my livingroom to be nature inspired 🙂
